BBQ Hall of Famer Dr. BBQ, Ray Lampe, is hosting a complimentary Stuffed Turkey Smoking Demonstration Class from 11 am – 2 pm. Dr. BBQ is one of – if not the – most famous pitmasters in the country. He is a spokesperson for the National Turkey Federation. The BBQ star is best known for competition judging as well as a judge on Food Network programs such as Fire Masters, Chopped and American Grilled. Dr. BBQ has written 9 cookbooks and currently working on his tenth.

Mike Trump, Spice Master and owner of Oakridge BBQ, will be here to answer your questions about Award Winning Micro Batch Oakridge BBQ Rubs and Injections.

Jonathan Fieler, Account Consultant with Crawford Outdoor, will be on hand both to answer your questions about Primo, PK, Napoleon and Travel Q grills.

Richard Grace, Pitmaster and Cookbook author, will be here to sign his cookbook RIX Ozark BBQ from 3 pm – 6 pm.
