Jay Preston will share important updates about the current state of Medical Marijuana and Hemp legislation in Missouri, and things for all employers to consider as we prepare for changes in 2020.
Andrew Metcalf will speak on: ADA, FMLA…when to comes to workplace laws, we have a whole alphabet soup of rules and regulations to juggle. In this session, we will dive into the basics of how the ADA and FMLA work, and the interplay between the two laws. When do we need to provide FMLA leave? When is an employee eligible for an ADA accommodation, and what kinds of accommodations do we need to provide.
